This past weekend we headed to Ft. Lauderdale for our Team National convention. It was a quick trip but we had a lot of fun.
We flew out Thursday at noon and the flight was around 3 hours. This was Kate's first flight and she did pretty good. Josh had to walk her to the back at one point to "bounce" her to sleep but then she slept for a while. The big girls colored and watched a movie.
When we got there Thursday we headed straight to the hotel then convention center because we were scheduled to walk across the stage.
Coincidental twinkies :-)
On Friday, we spent the morning in the Children's Room at the convention center and then we took the kiddos swimming after lunch. We ate with our team that evening then I went back to the hotel to get the girls down and Josh went to a team meeting.

On Saturday, we spent the morning in the Children's Room again and then I left around lunch to take the girls back to the pool. Josh brought us a late lunch when he finished around 1:30 and we stayed at the pool until close to 4:00. That evening, we drove down to the beach, ate some dinner and let the girls play in the sand and the water for a bit.

Getting ready to leave Sunday morning. Sweet sister time.
We flew out the next morning around noon. I fed Kate during take-off and she fell asleep and slept for well over an hour. That was nice! Then she woke up and played with some toys and watched Macy's game some. Great trip but always happy to be home!
