Grapevine with the Gentry's

The week after Thanksgiving we headed to Grapevine for our annual Christmas shopping trip with the Gentry's.  Since it was Canton weekend, we spent most of Friday there (our sweet husbands were such troopers!)

We checked into the hotel Friday afternoon and changed the kiddos into their Christmas shirts.  Then we ate at Fuddruckers.

After Fuddruckers, we headed over to the Gaylord.  It's one of our favorite things to do and the kids love seeing all the lights and decorations...

All of these are phone pics, so they're not great, but you can see that Nana and Papa's sleigh is overflowing! ;-)

Posing...

The increasingly challenging task of getting a picture of all 10!

One more attempt with Nana and Papa (Macy decided to face the tree instead...)

The greatest gifts this Mommy's been given!

Saturday we headed over to Bass Pro to see Santa and ride the Merry-go-Round...

Macy and her buddy Scarlett hanging out together...

Macy agreed to stand by Santa, but not sit in his lap.  Even with Daddy, Eden lost it!

Then, after he gave her a candy cane, she was perfectly content sitting in his lap.  Maybe we should start with the candy and then try to get a picture!

The grandkids who were ok with being this close to Santa...

Macy found a pink tent she fell in love with!

We shopped the Frisco mall after that and Macy crashed at one point...

We switched her to the back where she could lay down...

The bag she's holding contains some new Dora panties we had just bought her.  She had some kind of grip on it the whole time she was asleep!

Sunday, we shopped Grapevine Mills...
Macy trying to take a picture of Mommy and Daddy...

The girls rode the train around the mall...

Eden pulled her hair rubberband out on the way home...

Papa shared some pics from his phone...

 We had so much fun!
