One of my favorite things to do with my brother growing up was build forts using blankets, chairs and whatever else we could find. My mom was always a good sport about it even when we got ambitious and covered the entire living room.
The other morning the girls and I had fun making one (and attempting to keep Eden from destroying it every 5 seconds!) We decided to use their princess tent and make an extension using the blanket. If Daddy were involved, there would probably be blue prints and much more detailed planning:) We will incorporate him next time!
